We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to identify potential clients, promote our interior finishing services, and generate new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites, offices, real estate developers, contractors, and potential clients to promote company services.

• Identify new projects and generate sales leads.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.

• Present company services and portfolio to prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads, quotations, and potential projects to secure contracts.

• Identify relevant tenders and subcontracting opportunities.

• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and submit regular activity reports.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in approaching new clients and conducting field visits.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage, especially in construction, interior finishing, or real estate.

• Ability to communicate in Amharic; English is an advantage.

Compensation
