Job Summary

Eyob Demissie Event and Equipment Rental is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell event equipment and rental services, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Main Duties

• Promote the company’s event and equipment rental services.

• Identify and contact potential customers.

• Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotations.

• Visit customers and understand their rental needs.

• Negotiate prices and confirm rental agreements.

• Follow up on leads, bookings, payments, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Previous sales or customer-service experience.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.

• Honest, energetic, organized, and customer-focused.

• Knowledge of event equipment rental is an advantage.

• Ability to use basic computer applications.

• Basic understanding of ERP System
