By accessing or using CAREVO Jobs, you confirm that you can form a binding agreement and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You grant CAREVO a limited license to process and display that content solely to operate the service for you — for example, to generate résumés or send applications you initiate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. AI-assisted features

Some features use AI to extract data, suggest content, and generate documents. AI outputs may contain errors and are provided for your review. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before relying on or submitting any AI-generated content.

6. Jobs and third parties

Job listings and employer information may originate from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing, nor the outcome of any application. Your interactions and applications with employers are solely between you and those employers.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep CAREVO Jobs available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAREVO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. We will always seek to resolve concerns fairly and in good faith — please reach out to us first.
