Key Responsibilities

• Business & Marketing Research: Analyze markets, competitors, customer needs, SEO, advertising, and growth opportunities. Develop actionable recommendations.

• Data Analysis: Process and analyze data using Excel, Google Sheets, Python, and AI tools.

• AI & Software Testing: Perform data annotation, software testing, bug reporting, and quality assurance.

• Technical Support: Handle scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and other technical assignments.

• Reporting & Operations: Prepare clear reports, communicate progress, and manage diverse assignments independently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.

• Practical technical or project experience.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Python, AI tools, or automation.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent English communication, responsiveness, and proactive engagement.

• Interest in digital marketing, technology, and business growth.

• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and meet deadlines.

• Reliable computer, stable internet, and full-time availability.
