Dongtang Business consultancy is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Livestream Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline our daily livestreaming production. In this role, you will be the backbone of our broadcasting team—ensuring hosts/streamers are scheduled, technical setups run smoothly, studio environments are prepared, and post-stream analytics/workflows are recorded. If you excel at coordination, live production logistics, and supporting content creators, we want to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

-Stream Planning & Scheduling: Maintain the livestream schedule, coordinate host availability, and ensure smooth handoffs between broadcast shifts.

-On-Site / Studio Logistics: Prepare studio sets, props, lighting, and audio equipment prior to going live.

-Technical Oversight: Monitor live streams for audio/video quality, connectivity issues, and prompt technical fixes during broadcasts.

-Streamer Support & Onboarding: Assist in onboarding, training, and briefing hosts/livestreamers on product lines, scripts, promotion guidelines, and platform rules.

-Real-Time Moderation & Assistance: Coordinate live stream activities (pins, links, giveaway management, live chat moderation oversight) to assist the host during broadcast runs.

-Performance Tracking & Record-Keeping: Record performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion/sales, watch time) and generate daily/weekly production logs.

-Qualifications & Requirements

-Experience: No experience is required 

-Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with creators, technical staff, and managers.

-Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle live broadcast troubleshooting.

-Organization: Outstanding multi-tasking and schedule-management skills

What We Offer

-For 8 hours Day shift salary - 19,500 

-For 12 hour Night shiftSalary - 28,500
