·        Bachelor's degree in Social Media Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        Relevant training in social media management is required.

Work Experience

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Social Media Manager in a real estate company.

Required Skills and Responsibilities

·        Manage all company social media accounts and online activities.

·        Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms.

·        Design professional graphics, promotional posters, and marketing materials.

·        Shoot and edit videos for property marketing and company promotions.

·        Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies.

·        Demonstrate strong skills in graphic design, video shooting, and video editing.

·        Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports covering engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance.
