Draftsman

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural shop drawings, standardizing technical plans, and working closely with project managers and site engineers to support project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·         Prepare precise 2D drafting and structural/architectural shop drawings using AutoCAD.

·         Produce detailed construction drawings, revision plans, and as-built drawings according to project specifications.

·         Coordinate with project engineers and site managers to review engineering sketches, site dimensions, and design requirements.

·         Maintain organized drawing archives and manage technical submission logs for project approvals.

·         Ensure all technical drawings strictly adhere to company standards and applicable building codes.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Education: Diploma or BSc Degree in Drafting, Architectural Technology or a related field.

·         Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of proven drafting experience in building construction projects.

·         Technical Skills: High proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or related software is an added advantage.

·         Competencies: Excellent attention to detail, ability to accurately read and interpret structural blueprints, and strong organizational skills.
