Job Description

JOB VACANCY: SALES OFFICER

Company: Axis Connect
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Duration: One month, renewable based on performance
Working Days: 6 days per week
Salary: ETB 12,000 per month + commission + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct indoor and outdoor sales to acquire new customers.

• Promote and demonstrate software management systems to pharmacies, liquor stores, schools, and other businesses.

• Register new clients and follow up with potential customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Support the company's marketing and customer acquisition activities.

Targets and Compensation

• Monthly target: At least 4–5 qualified client registrations.

• Small-business management systems: ETB 2,000 commission per qualifying sale.

• School and other large management systems: ETB 5,000 commission per qualifying sale.

• Bonus: Additional performance bonus for registering 10 qualified clients, according to company policy.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confidence in customer outreach and face-to-face sales.

• Basic computer skills and accurate reporting.

• Self-motivated, honest, and target-oriented.

• Previous sales or software marketing experience is an advantage.
