Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BA) in:

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Procurement & Supply Management

  • Supply Chain Management

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or supply chain activities.

• Experience in the agricultural or floriculture industry is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.

• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

  • Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock counts.

  • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

  • Identify and report shortages, excess, expired, or damaged items.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare periodic reports.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and internal controls.
