Job Summary

Record and control financial activities to have timely and reliable financial report for decision making to enhance the performance of the company.

Main Duties and tasks

·       Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

·       Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

·        Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

·        Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned

·       Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

·       Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

·       Secures financial information by completing data base backups.

·       Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing

·       Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

·       Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings

·       Oversee accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenue s and expenses

·       Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data

·       Perform any other assignments provided by immediate supervisor and other managers

Competencies and Professional skills required

• Experience working with double entry system

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical skill and due concepts of IFRS

·       Microsoft applications and Peachtree

·       Ability to work under pressure

Job Requirements

BA Degree in Accounting/ Accounting and Finance or related field of study with at least 2-year proven experience in in finance operation or activities

Performance Management

·        Quality of work, quantity of reports based on KPIs and Evaluation of deliverables

Relations

·       Internal: AHF working units and employees

External: tax authority, suppliers & Government offices
