Compressor Sales Manager

• Listing summary: BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least eight years of related experience, including four years in a managerial position. Compressor Sales Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of Compressor sales activities, ensuring high equipment availability, customer satisfaction, cost-effective operations, and compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate compressor sales activities.

• Develop sales strategies and achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate with customers.

• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and field service activities.

• Supervise, coach, and monitor sales teams.

• Monitor customer requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with parts, procurement, operations, and other departments.

• Ensure timely response to customer inquiries, complaints, and service needs.

• Monitor sales performance, service costs, and departmental KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturer standards.

• Prepare regular sales and service performance reports.

Job Requirements

· BSC Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· At least 8 years of related experience out of which at least 4 years in managerial position.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

• Knowledge of compressors, mechanical equipment, or related industrial technologies, with the ability to understand technical specifications.

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership and team management ability.

• Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and technical proposals.

• Good understanding of preventive maintenance and service operations
